  • 8 Bed dorm, to start from 5 euros*

Cancellation Policy

Refundable Policy

 

Flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit, which will be credited back to their payment card.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded, and the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged to the payment card.
  • How to Cancel: Cancellations must be processed directly through My Account on the booking platform.
  • Exceptions: Please check the ‘Things to Note’ section for any specific terms that may override this policy.

 

Non-Refundable Policy

  • No Refunds: All bookings made under this rate are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: If you choose to cancel your booking or fail to check in (no-show), you will be charged the full cost of your reservation, with no exceptions.
  • Final Sale: Once booked, changes or modifications are not permitted. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before making a reservation.

 

Things to Note

The remaining balance of your booking will be due in CASH upon arrival. We are unable to process any credit or debit cards. Regrettably due the nature of the hostel we have a general age limit from 18 to 45 years old. If you are curious why please contact us and we can talk. We will not accept groups of more than six people. Nor can we accept bookings for people taller than BigMike. We reserve the right the refuse any bookings that fall outside these criteria. If you have made a reservation and fall outside these criteria, we will refuse you at the door and charge you for your first night's stay, as this is part of our conditions. On arrival we ask for a key deposit per person, this can be either 1,000ALL, 10€, 10£ or $10 USD/CAD/AUD. You'll get this back at checkout (Remember office hours are from 8.30am to 10.30PM). Due to the fact that our hostel used to be a school, we do not provide wheelchair access. We should also mention that we have a noise curfew at 10.30pm so that if you want to party, we will take you out in the city to allow resident guests and neighbors to sleep in peace, or people to chill in the hostel after this time. We have very few rules for the hostel which are carefully created and are with regards to consideration to our neighbors, staff and other guests. If these rules are not obeyed, we reserve the right to evict you from the property without warning or refund. Any questions in advance, please just ask; if not, we look forward to meeting you!
